Customer conversations, product decisions, and the work of getting an idea shipped with a team.
SWITCHON / ASSOCIATE PRODUCT MANAGERSHIPPED
Product work at SwitchOn.
SwitchOn builds AI-powered quality inspection software for manufacturers and recently raised an $8M pre-Series B. I worked in product management there, partnering with customers, sales, design, engineering, and AI teams.
I took features from the customer problem and PRD through to a shipped product, including a new dimensional measurement tool for factory operators.
WHAT CHANGED
Easier training. Clearer mistakes. Less time setting up.
Observed in use, not a measured percentage.
BOOKCHANGE / FOUNDERPERSONAL PROJECT
Bookchange: people before the platform.
Bookchange was a peer-to-peer book-sharing platform for passing books between readers. I built the product, listed books, and organised Books & Brews, a readers' meetup that brought the idea out of the screen and into a room.
The project also reached the final audition stage of Shark Tank India. The experience taught me that a marketplace needs a committed community first, and that the strongest part of Bookchange was the moment readers met each other.
If I built it again, I'd begin with that community and let the product grow around what brought them back.
02 / WEBSITES I'VE MADE
Things I made for fun.
Three live products, each built from a question I wanted to explore.
One night. Everyone's camera roll. Finally in the same place.
The question behind it
Why should the photos from one event stay scattered across everyone's phones? A host creates an album, guests join with a PIN, and everyone contributes.
